Admission Ticket
Five (5) business days prior to your scheduled test date you will receive an email advising that your Admission Ticket is now available for you to download from your ACER Portal. Please ensure that you download and print your Admission Ticket. This ticket will have your photo, the date, time, and venue address for your test session.
IT IS COMPULSORY TO TAKE A PRINTED COPY OF THIS TICKET WITH YOU TO THE EXAM CENTRE ALONG WITH YOUR PROOF OF ID.
Candidates who fail to bring both their printed ticket and ID will NOT be permitted to sit the test and will forfeit their registration fee.
Tickets presented on mobile devices WILL NOT be accepted.
You are advised to add vicpol@acer.org to your address book prior to registering to ensure that you receive the email.
All applicants must upload a current identification photo when completing their online registration. This photo will appear on the Admission Ticket. Photos must be uploaded at the time of registering. Please take care to select an image that reflects professionalism. The Admission Ticket must be printed and taken to the exam centre, where it will be collected by a supervisor as testing is completed and returned to ACER.
Please Note: Admission Tickets that do not contain a current identification photo will not be accepted at an exam centre. You risk being turned away from a centre if you arrive with no current identification photo on your ticket.
